Epoxy Resins

ALPAS epoxy resins are used in a variety of filtration applications including seam sealing, moldable end-caps and end-caps adhesives. Our epoxy resin systems are used in the fitration of Diesel, Petrol, Hydraulic fluids, AD Blue and other liquids.

ALPAS thermoset epoxy systems feature high flexural strength, shear strength, corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance and have excellent thermal properties. Our Epoxy resins are cured at temperatures between 5°C to 150°C, depending on the choice of curing agent.

Two component epoxy systems are suitable for bonding most surfaces. They are stable and can withstand constant weight and force over a long periods of time. Epoxy adhesives are highly recommended for applications that require extreme physical and chemical resistance.

ALPAS epoxy resins are use in a variety of construction applications including chemical anchors, roof and joint bonding, mortars & grouts, crack injection, joint fillers and polymer concretes.

ALPAS has developed epoxy chemical anchors specifically designed for motorway applications. ALPAS has achieved CE Certification EN1504-6 for bonding steel and concrete in guardrail applications.

Epoxy flooring is widely used in factories, hospitals, warehouses, hospitality and homes. Epoxy flooring is hard wearing and practical and ALPAS has achieved CE 13813 certification for our epoxy flooring solutions.
