Epoxy Resins
ALPAS epoxy resins are used in a variety of filtration applications including seam sealing, moldable end-caps and end-caps adhesives. Our epoxy resin systems are used in the fitration of Diesel, Petrol, Hydraulic fluids, AD Blue and other liquids. ALPAS epoxies have been homologated for chemical resistance and have been thermal shock tested for hundreds of hours at temperatures between -40°C to +160°C.

Polyurethanes
ALPAS produces polyurethane adhesives, sealants, and elastomers suitable for oil, hydraulic, fuel, dust, powder, HVAC, HEPA/ULPA, gas turbine, and automotive air filters. Our polyurethane systems include flexible and rigid foams, elastomers, adhesives and casting resins. We can customize the viscosity, curing time, flexibility, foaming and colour of our polyurethanes to meet for manufacturing and business requirements.

PVC
PVC plastisols are used as an adhesive in filter manufacturing. Plastisol do not require mixing or hardeners and can be pumped directly from a drum using simple machinery. PVC plastisols cure through exposure to high heat and provide good chemical resistance and adhesion to wide variety of media and endcaps. ALPAS has 40 years experience of producing PVC plastisols for the filtration industry.
